Welcome to Alpha Cleaning Solutions! By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Agreement: By booking our services, you authorize Alpha Cleaning Solutions to enter your premises and perform the requested cleaning. Our team will respect your property and belongings while conducting the cleaning.
Estimates: Our estimates are based on a general idea of regular houses. The total hours or price for any location may vary depending on the level of dirtiness. If a place is dirtier than expected, it may require more time, altering the total price accordingly.
Payment: Payment is due after the service is completed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments. For recurring services, invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon schedule.
1. Alpha Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to charge an additional processing fee of 2.99% for payments made through Stripe.
2. Alpha Cleaning Solutions charges an hourly rate per employee for work done on the premises, unless a flat amount has been agreed upon.
3. First-time customers can only submit checks for payment 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning job.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $30, which can be requested as a down payment for future services.
Unsafe Conditions: Conditions involving biological waste such as human waste, blood, urine, etc., must be communicated before the start of the project. An additional charge of $5 per hour will be applied for handling extreme conditions. The Alpha Cleaning Solutions team reserves the right to decide not to proceed with the job if the conditions are deemed too extreme. In such cases, the customer must pay the $30 cancellation fee. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these additional terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
Access and Security: Please ensure that our team can access your property at the scheduled time. If you have security measures in place, such as alarms or codes, provide the necessary information for a smooth entry.
Additional Services: If you wish to add extra services during the cleaning session, please inform our team in advance. Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original booking.
Liability: While we take utmost care in our cleaning services, Alpha Cleaning Solutions is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear.
Safety: Ensure that your premises are safe for our team to work in. Remove any hazardous items, clear walkways, and inform us of any potential risks.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will address your concerns promptly.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and treat all information provided as confidential. Your personal and contact details will be used solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning services.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website and social media platforms is the property of Alpha Cleaning Solutions. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited. Please note that we might take pictures or videos during our services for future reference, including potential use on our website.
Termination: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
Amendments: Alpha Cleaning Solutions may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be available to you on our website.
